We were engaged to refurbish a number of existing independent living units at various locations. The works included changing floor plans and creating structural openings to combine existing units into double units. Given it was an existing facility, careful coordination of noisy works and communication with site representatives was required in order to ensure residents were not inconvenienced and were kept informed.
