We were engaged on a managing contract basis to convert an existing warehouse to a new gym and therapy space. This project included the construction of private consulting rooms, massage rooms, change room and shower facilities. This project required specialist flooring and consultation with gym equipment contractors. The project was fast tracked and value managed to ensure costs did not exceed the client’s budget.
