We were engaged to construct a new dining and gym area. The project presented many challenges as it was situated within the middle of the existing facility with limited access and required the cutting in of a complex new roof structure above the existing operational kitchen. Given the site was a high security facility, careful planning was required to ensure the safety of residents.
