Office Fitout
This comprehensive project by HCS included the fitout of two rooms with Level 4 SCEC security clearance. HCS installed new joinery, flooring, and partitions, and implemented Building Masterkeying for Level 4 SCEC security in three offices and the main conference room. Additionally, they integrated technology infrastructure, including data cabling and audiovisual equipment.
The space was then furnished with office furniture and fixtures, ensuring full functionality and alignment with the client’s vision. Throughout the project, HCS maintained quality control and project management to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
